The proposed parking spaces that are being shown behind the future Phase need to be included within the phase line. 2. Please identify the future phase as Phase 2-C. 3. The parking spaces that are being shown in phase 2-A appear to be 9'x18'. 9'x18' spaces require a two -foot overhang. Why is a temporary curb being proposed along these spaces? Aren't these spaces essentially going to be within 8 -10 -feet from the future buildings? Will there be two -feet? Please explain. 4. Please be aware that everything that is included in Phase 2-A will be required to be 100% complete prior to Certificate of Occupancy. 5. Fire Department needs access to the FDC at the rear of the building (Lane Bryant & Catharine's Building) with the parking that is now being proposed we will need a fire lane to the building at the FDC location.
