GENERAL NOTES:
1. Water lines along Eagle Avenue and SS line through Phase 2 to existing trunk line along SW
boundary of site will be constructed as part of Phase 1
2. According to the Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Brazos County, Texas and Incorporated
Areas, Map Number 48041 CO201 C, Dated February 9, 2000, the property does not lie within
the 100 year floodplain.
3. Existing Ground Contour Information was obtained from the City of College Station
Topographic Survey taken in 1995 and will be verified by a later "on -ground" or aerial
topographic survey.
4. Minimum building setback requirements are as defined by current edition of the City of
College Station Unified Development Ordinance.
