Staff reviewed the Legacy Retail Addition site plan application and determined it to be
incomplete. The following is a preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal and
conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by any Monday at 10 a.m.
for review that week:
As an FYI: Because the site plan application is incomplete, the Non-Residential
Architectural Review Application will be held until the entire submittal is complete.

LEGACY RETAIL ADDITION(NRA)—NRA Review

Planning
1. Please provide a graphic representation and/or description of existing buildings in
building plot to show material,color, and architectural harmony.Please see the two
attached color 8 1/2" X 11" pictures of the existing.
2. Facades facing a ROW must include 2 different architectural elements every 45'. All
other facades must include 2 different elements for every 60'. Staff was able to identify
pilasters as one element on the front, right, and left elevations,but was not able to
identify the second element.No elements were found on the rear elevation. Please verify
that all required architectural elements have been provided as required for all four
facades.There are three awnings located over each door.
