PLANNING
1. The date of signing was not included on the first page of the application. Resubmit a
completed first page.
2. Place a note on the elevations that this property is part of a Building Plot with Lot 6 and
future Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 and will meet the requirements for non-residential projects that
exceed 150,000 square feet. Therefore, revise the note attached to the application
regarding building plots as well.
3. The legal address and owner's name, address, and telephone number should be added to
the title block.
4. Please added the Sherman Williams color selections to Sheet A3.01.
5. No more than 33% of a façade can be on the same plane if facing a right-of-way. This
applies to the north and south elevations. The north elevation will be considered as facing a
right-of-way due to the future construction of Lakeway Drive.
6. No more than 66% of the roofline may be at the same elevation for the north and south
elevations.
7. Please add a note that all signage will be permitted separately.
8. The north and south elevations must have a minimum of 50% stone.
9. Please provide the material and color of the roof, canopies, and awnings.
10. A note must be added that states, "All roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall
be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or
residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade.
Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a
unified appearance."
11. The east elevation meets minimum standards for architectural elements found in UDO
Article 7.9.
12. The west elevation does not meet minimum standards for architectural elements found in
UDO Article 7.9. Each half of the building should have at least 2 approved architectural
elements. This elevation is lacking two elements total.
13. The south elevation does not meet minimum standards for architectural elements found in
UDO Article 7.9. Each third of the building should have at least 2 approved architectural
elements. This elevation is lacking three elements total.
14. The north elevation does not meet minimum standards for architectural elements found in
UDO Article 7.9. Each third of the building should have at least 2 approved architectural
elements. This elevation is lacking two elements total.

PLANNING
1. The material percentages provided are not correct and/or do not add to 100% per façade.
When calculating area, windows and doors are included as part of the total percentage.
However, areas such as the screening walls on the roof and other areas that are not part of
the façade may be excluded. Please revise, noting that the north and south elevations are
to have a minimum of 50% stone.
