Total vertical square footage of each color(for each façade separately)

color, and architectural harmony.

There are no other existing buildings on this plot.There is an Urgent Care facility that is adjacent to the
plot that is owned by the same owner.They wanted most of the colors and materials on the Urgent Care
to match and coordinate with this building.
