SUBJECT: LOWES (NRA) — NRA Review
Though not necessarily submitted for formal review, Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Non-
Residential Architectural elevations and sample board. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed regarding the building. A few items
of discussion remained from our meeting held on February 12th. I have also provided our
understanding of how the ordinance would be applied to this project and the type of use and
screening being proposed. Please address the comments and submit the following information
for further staff review:
