Volume 166, Page 285, wherein the Wooten's conveyed to L. G. Jones a 5 foot by 150 foot strip out of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 of the Breezy Heights Addition; and 2. Volume 166, Page 305, wherein the Pomikals conveyed to L. G. Jones a 60 foot by 150 foot strip out of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 of the Breezy Heights Addition. L. G. Jones never conveyed the property during his life. He died January 19, 1990, and his will conveyed the property to his children, Louise, L. G., Jr. and William. I believe that this provides the information that you needed for the configuration of the property in July, 1970. Also, enclosed please find the copy of an authorization to execute the plat application executed by Keith Williams, the owner of the property, and authorizing me to execute the plat. I understand that the surveyor, Stewart Kling, executed the original plat application. The 2-story section in the back is a kitchen/dining room downstairs with a very nice bedroom & bath upstairs. It has a separate entrance in the back from the driveway behind the fence. There is a central hall running from the front door to the rear kitchen. Off that hall are either 3 or 4 bedrooms along the right side, each with their own full bath. To the left side of the hall is a very large kitchen/dining room and another full bath. There is a door at the south end of the hallway so that the rear apt can be separated from the rest of the structure. When I went through it, it looked to me like a 'gameday B&B' setup where there would be someone living in the rear apt. and then weekend visitors staying in the large bedroom/baths with a common breakfast room & kitchen shared by all. It has been surprising to see cars parked on the front lawn every day. Thomas M. A question/comment: The structure built as a completely new residence on corner of Welsh & Thompson may be R-1 but it has more than one living unit in it. Is this an issue for an R-1 designation? Also, the property appears to be in violation of code because there are vehicles parking on the front lawn. Since I ride my bike past this structure every day, I know that the existing gravel parking lot parallel to Thompson is not being used as intended. Parking is instead occuring as head-in parking on the lawn between the gravel parallel parking space and the front facade - there are consistently 3 or 4 vehicles parked this way. The structure has 3 or 4 bedrooms downstairs with 4 baths downstairs.
