The following is the item that is still needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: Since the property owner is a company, proof of the authority for Mr. Burt to sign a plat application on behalf of Kelly Burt Dozer, Inc. is required. This may be in the form of the articles of incorporation that show Mr. Burt as the person with the authority to make such transactions, or through a statement assigning the authority from the person(s) that do have that power. The following is a preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: One completed new application form. • The application form that was completed is an older version. The new version highlights the requirement that all property owners sign the application or provide a power of attorney for the person signing. If the property owner is a company, group, entity, etc., proof of the authority for a particular person to sign will be required. • FYI: The property is not in the City limits, but is within the City's ETJ. The entire parent tract will have to be shown on the preliminary plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 979.764.3570. Brazos County comments-Need to dedicate ROW for Old Jones and Stewarts Meadow.Brazos County minimum ROW is 70'so Block 1 Lot 1 would need to dedicate half to equal 70'.
