Staff reviewed the above-mid Preliminary Plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information by Monday, December 1, 2008, 10:00 a.m. to
be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for
December 18, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
$200 processing fee for the next round of three reviews; and
One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised Preliminary Plat.
Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be
accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat will be required after P&Z
approval and prior to processing subsequent final plats. If you have any questions or need

your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for November 6, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas
Avenue.
One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised Preliminary Plat;
Nineteen (19) 11" x 17" copies of the revised Preliminary Plat.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning
Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions
have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the

SUBJECT: HOPE SUBDIVISION (PP)— Preliminary Plat
I reviewed the above-mentioned preliminary plat application and determined it to be incomplete.
The following is a preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may
conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information to be scheduled for a future
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting:
Fourteen (14) copies of a preliminary plat that includes the parent tract.
• The application needs to be signed by all owners of the property in the
preliminary plat, or documentation provided of failed attempts to include all
property owners.
• There is no "original" preliminary plat. There should only be one preliminary
plat shown on the 24" x 36".
Proof of authority for Frank Fields to sign the plat application on behalf of Hope
Evangelical Church of Bryan and College Station
