1. Please state which Sherman Williams color from the approved color palette list Saddle Tan
is supposed to be similar to. If there is not one, then the color will be considered an accent
color and will only be allowed on 10% of the façade.

PLANNING
1. The East façade of building A is exceeding the maximum allowed usage of Stucco. The
maximum allowed is 75% of the facade and as shown on the elevations, the façade has 82%.
Please revise.
2. The West elevation of building B does not appear to be meeting the architectural elements
requirement. Please add an additional element within the last 9 feet on either side.
3. The West elevation of building A does not appear to be meeting the architectural elements
requirement. Please add an additional element within the last 12 feet on either side.
