The following are our responses to the NRA Review Staff Comments, dated October 28th, 2008. In an
effort to address your comments concisely, we have summarized your comments and our responses in
italics below. Also, at the end of this response letter I've documented a few revisions we've made to the
exterior materials, that were not related to the NRA comments.
PLANNING:
1. Please State which Sherman Williams color from the approved color palette list Saddle Tan is
supposed to be similar to. If there is not one, then the color will be considered an accent color and will
only be allowed on 10% if the facade.
REPONSE:Saddle Tan is similar to SW 6108 Latte, which is an approved color. Please see the attached
swatch sample.

Dear Mr. Robinson,
The following are our responses to the NRA Review Staff Comments, dated September 22nd, 2008. In an
effort to address your comments concisely, we have summarized your comments and our responses in
italics below. Also, at the end of this response letter I've documented a few revisions we've made to the
exterior materials, that were not related to the NRA comments.
PLANNING:
1. The East facade of building A is exceeding the maximum allowed usage of Stucco. The maximum
allowed is 75%of the facade and as shown on the elevations,the facade is 82%. Please Revise.
REPONSE: We've added more cultured stone veneer to the elevation to bringing the overall percentage
of stucco down to 75%. Reference the revised elevation and facade calculation sheets.
2. The West elevation of building B does not appear to be meeting the architectural elements
requirement. Please add an additional element within the last 9 feet on either side.
RESPONSE: Comment addressed, reference the revised elevation sheet.
3. The West elevation of building A does not appear to be meeting the architectural elements
requirement. Please add an additional element within the last 12 feet on either side.
RESPONSE:Comment addressed, reference the revised elevation sheet.

Additional Notes:
The color,SW 6447 Evergreens, has been replaced at all referenced locations except at the exterior roll-
up doors with Kiwi II color"Fern Green". The two colors are virtually the same, but this allows us to be
more accurate in our representation. Also, the architectural metal siding color,SW 7036 Accessible
Beige, has been replaced with Kiwi II color"Saddle Tan". The elevation keynotes have been updated
with the revised color callouts, and color swatches of the new materials has been included in this
package.

The following are our responses to the NRA Review Staff Comments, dated August 21st, 2008. In an
effort to address your comments concisely, we have summarized your comments and our responses in

PLANNING:
1. Please provide the following dimensions:
a. Total vertical square footage minus openings (for each facade separately).
b. Total vertical square footage of each building material (for each façade separately).
c. Total vertical square footage of each color(for each facade separately).
REPONSE: The façade calculations chart has been added as a second page to the NRA submittal.
2. On South Elevation for Building A,the wall projection appears to be mislabeled. On the site plan
the projection occurs 59' in from the edge of the building, while the elevations show it at 29'. Please
clarify which one is correct.
RESPONSE: The elevations are correct and the updated site plan reflects the projections.
3. If the wall projection does not occur at the location shown on the building elevation,then there
is a need for an additional architectural element within that first 45'that is not a pilaster.
RESPONSE: Reference comment response 2 above.
4. It appears there are several sections on building A that are exceeding the requirement of not
having more than 33%on the same geometric plane facing a right of way.
RESPONSE: Reference the revised elevation sheet, there shouldn't be any sections exceeding 33%.

5. What is the length of Building A? Site plan says 265', elevations by my measurement show 262'.
Need to know this to determine more accurately what amount constitutes being 33%on the same
geometric plane.
RESPONSE: The length of Building A facing the right-of-way is 260'. This has been revised since the
original submittal to accommodate a 15'landscape buffer on the east property line.
6. On the North elevation of Building B, what is the material used on the pilaster/half columns on
the far right hand side. This material looks to be different from the CMU Wainscot Veneer used on all
other pilaster/half columns.
RESPONSE: This is a graphical error that has been corrected on the revised elevation sheet.
7. Steel panel siding is only allowed on the rear façade of the buildings when the façade is not
visible from the right-of-way, parkland, or greenway, or any residential area. The East and West
elevations of Buildings A and B, and the South elevations of Building B all have steel panel siding. Please
revise.
RESPONSE: Elevations have been revised.
8. Provide a note that signs are permitted separately.
RESPONSE:Noted on the site plan.
9. As per the conversation with Mark Delgado, please provide material and color samples.
RESPONSE:Additional materials samples have been provided. Please note the EIFS system has been
changed to a Portland cement plaster system (stucco), the new color is SW 6087 Trusty Tan. The new
materials board reflects this change.
10. Please include the legal description of the property in the title block.
RESPONSE: The title blocks have been updated.
11. Please include the name, address and telephone number for the owner and architect/engineer.
RESPONSE: The title blocks have been updated.
