HomeMy WebLinkAboutStaff Review STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 COOS THOMAS PARK POOL BATH HOUSE (NRA) — NRA Review 08-00500172 PLANNING 1. Sheet A3.1 shows a "new chain link fence", but this section is not labeled as "new" on the site plan. Therefore, please be aware that the new section needs to be screened from the right-of-way to comply with screening standards found in the UDO, Section 3.5.E. This can be shown on the next site plan or landscape plan submittal. Another option would be to construct the "new" portion out of a different fence material which does not require screening. Thank you! 2. Please remove the sign from the northern elevation, or add a note that all signage is permitted separately. 3. The percentages of each material being used have been recalculated. Please check for accuracy. Thank you! 4. The West Elevation does not meet the minimum standard for architectural relief elements. Partitions are not on the approved architectural relief element list found in Article 7.9.2 of the UDO. Please add 1 (one) element to this elevation in order to meet standards. 5. Please show the "Material and Description" table, from the NRA Building Review Minimum Requirements sheet, on Sheet A3.1. Reviewed by: Lauren A.
