These changes have been made.
Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall
be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way
or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet
above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and
scale to maintain a unified appearance.
There is neither roof nor ground-mounted mechanical equipment in
the scope of work. We're concerned that including this note would be
confusing to the contractor.

Subject: Thomas Park fence
Pete,
I took the fence picture that you sent me to the staff meeting today, and it was determined that this option
would still be considered in the same way as chain link fencing.
I know at one point a powder coated aluminum fence was discussed. Has this option been explored?
