Planning Please remove the sign from the northern elevation, or add a note that all signage is permitted separately. The Note added. • Please submit a picture or detailed graphic of the proposed aluminum awning window Arkitex for review. Studio, Inc. Attached. 308 N.Bryan Ave. Please review the calculation within the building materials table for accuracy. Bryan,TX(979)821-2635PThe calculations have been reviewed. F(979)775-8224 The date on A3.1 needs to be current and please add the legal description and address www.arkitex.com of the site, as well as the owner information, to this sheet. These changes have been made. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. There is neither roof nor ground-mounted mechanical equipment in the scope of work. We're concerned that including this note would be confusing to the contractor. Enclosed: One (1)revised set of elevation drawings. I know at one point a powder coated aluminum fence was discussed. Has this option been explored?
