1. 4/A1.1 displays an accessible parking sign detail, not a fire lane sign. Please move the
fire lane sign closer to the area not being striped as fire lane. Thank you.
2. Please add a detail to the site plan for the 6" curb. This detail can be found in the Site
Design Standards, page 6

PLANNING
1. Please show an irrigation plan for the new landscaped area at the northwest corner of
the building.
2. Please provide detail for the new PVC fence.
3. See the Site Design Guidelines (page 6) for the curb detail that needs to be added to the
site plan.
4. A general note must be added to the site plan that states that all roof and ground-
mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be
visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot,
measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with
the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance.
5. FYI...An approved site plan will expire 12 months after the date of approval if no
development is pursued within that time. Please Article 3.5.G of the UDO for details.
6. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the
City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on
your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made
aware of will constitute a completely new review.

Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the
City of College Station,must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled"
on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of
aware of will constitute a completely new review.
Note 1: Steps have been added to the entry to account for grade
change. The accessible route now circles around the new landscaped
area.

Is the finished floor elevation for the proposed bath house remaining the same as the
original?
Yes. Elevations are shown on the civil drawings.
There is a reference to a "Civil Drawing" on the site plan, however we did not receive
this document.

2." Also, please show the existing fire hydrants within close proximity to the site. There should
be four in that vicinity.
Please add the curb and pavement details to the site plan.
4. Please provide the number of bicycle parking spaces on the site plan.
5, If any other parking spaces will be affected by the new handicap striping, please inform staff.
6. FYI...The minimum parking space dimension on a 60 degree angle is 9' x 22.3'.
