Please show an irrigation plan for the new landscaped area at the northwest corner of the building. 2. Please provide detail for the new PVC fence. 3. See the Site Design Guidelines (page 6) for the curb detail that needs to be added to the site plan. 4. A general note must be added to the site plan that states that all roof and ground- mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 5. FYI...An approved site plan will expire 12 months after the date of approval if no development is pursued within that time. Please Article 3.5.G of the UDO for details. 6. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Is the finished floor elevation for the proposed bath house remaining the same as the original? Yes. Elevations are shown on the civil drawings. There is a reference to a "Civil Drawing" on the site plan, however we did not receive this document. The cvil drawings are attached.
