Planning 1. 4/A1.1 displays an accessible parking sign detail, not a fire lane sign. Please move the fire lane sign closer to the are not being striped as fire lane. Planning Please show the fire lane striping in the parking lot. Fire lane striping and fire lane sign are now shown on the site plan. The Please add the curb and pavement details to the site plan. The existing parking spaces are 9' wide, except for the handicapped space which is 13' wide. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. This note has been added to the site plan Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,must be explained in your next transmittal letter and"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of aware of will constitute a completely new review. The revised entry has been added to the Site Plan and bubbled. The new location is shown on the site plan. If any other parking spaces will be affected by the new handicap striping, please inform staff.
