SUBJECT: GRAND STATION (SP)—Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review:
Cover memo providing written responses to all of staff's comments;
Five (5) revised site plans (for approval).
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a
letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please

Subject: Parking
Dear Jason,
I would like to address the parking situation at our facility
that was previously discussed.
Grand Station is a unique establishment and it has been difficult to
determine the exact number of
parking spaces needed; however, I believe that there is currently
adequate parking and there
will be enough spaces in the future.
Since Grand Station was given it Certificate of Occupancy, we have
had many busy days of business and at no time have we filled every
parking space. At this time we are trying to complete a 1500 square foot
outdoor patio; therefore, we have added an additional 20 parking
spaces that can
be used to accommodate the patio.
I hope this has adequately addressed the concerns over the parking
situation at our facility.
