Jason,
In regards to your Staff Comment No. 2 my client (Chip & Jo Manning) do not desire to grant or go through the added
expense of dedicating any PUE for existing primary electrical lines that are neighboring or cutting across their property.
believe they would like to see either the CoCS remove and relocate the lines or purchase the necessary easements.
Since this is a landowner issue I would prefer for you, or any other City employee, to contact them directly in regards to
this particular matter (822-6033).
Thanks,
Rabon A. Metcalf, P.E.

Subject: C&J BBQ - PUE Request
Attachments: Staff Review Comments2.DOC
Jason,
Based on a conversation that Chip Manning had with Weldon Davis the PUE dedications (comment #2) were based
on the assumption that the C&J renovations would require a 3 phase service in lieu of the existing single phase
service. If this is correct then the PUE dedications will not be required. Chip has coordinated his improvements with
KESCO and M&M Designs and has been informed that the electrical requirements will not change.

Subject: C&J's
Jason,
Donnie did a site inspection and found that for the most part the rear parking lot was unchanged. Donnie did not find
any evidence of the re-direction of water. Donnie did mention that we might give C&J's a heads up regarding the
issue to see if they can alleviate any of the mentioned problem. Let me know if you have a contact at C&J's and if
you would like me to cait-the contact.
Thanks - Josh
