FROM THE PROJECT AREA ALL SURPLUS AND DISCARDED MATERIALS, TEMPORARY STRUCTURES, AND DEBRIS OF
ANY KIND AND SHALL LEAVE THE PROJECT SITE IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY CONDITION. ALL CLEAN UP WILL BE

6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFEGUARDING AND PROTECTING ALL MATERIAL AND
EQUIPMENT STORED ON THE JOBSITE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STORAGE OF
MATERIALS IN A SAFE AND WORKMANLIKE MANNER TO PREVENT INJURIES, DURING AND AFTER WORKING HOURS,
