Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Addendum to Congleton Car Wash Dear Jennifer: MITCHELL. film - MORGAN December 18, 2006 Attached you will find six (6) copies of an addendum we are submitting to the Congleton Car Wash Expansion project. If you will recall, Drew Congleton wanted to place a canopy over the vacuum islands but it appeared that the canopy would encroach into the building setback. Since then we have gone to the site and field verifiej the location of the existing vacuum islands. They were not constructed in the same location as the original plans. We have corrected their location on the attached drawing and are now showing a canopy which will not encroach into the building setback. I spoke to Grant Wenzel on Friday and he said that sometimes if the changes are minor you would accept an addendum to an already approved site plan so that we did not have to resubmit as a new project. let me know if you have any questions.
