Boli 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Phone 979.764.3570 / Fax 979.764.3496 MEMORANDUM August 10, 2006 TO: Wanda Kielty, General Dynamics Via Fax 832.202.2679 FROM: Jennifer Reeves, Project Manager SUBJECT: CHEYENNE VERIZON (SP) - (CUP) Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. This proposed facility is identical to the intermediate facility located on the parking garage at Texas Avenue Crossing, Therefore this does not require a CUP and can be approved at staff level. An application for a building permit will be required and staff will review the detailed drawings at that tune for intermediate facilities. We will need greater detail of the stealth design (couldn't tell if it had a light on it) Equipment will need to be screened with a solid screening fence as opposed to the chain link that is being shown on the drawing. The $200.00 application fee for a Conditional Use Permit will be refunded. Please advise who the check needs to be written out to and where to mail it to.
