The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Wednesday, August 30t',, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, September 7th , 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; Fifteen (15) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov; and Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, August 211t, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting after the preliminary plat has been scheduled. We did not receive the application, fees, or appropriate numbers of copies in our office per my email on August 3,d. We cannot schedule this replat until a complete application for the preliminary has been submitted and scheduled for the Planning and Zoning Commission. Please submit the appropriate documentation. 2. The additional fee required for a replat was not submitted. An additional $300 is required. 3. There seems to be duplicate metes and bounds for Common Area D. Please revise. 4. Provide Zoning for Lot 1R, Block 2. Reviewed by: Lindsay Boyer/Josh Norton Date: August 14, 2006 TXDOT Access driveways to SH 30 & FM 60 must meet TxDOT's current "Regulations for Access Driveways to State Highways". Regulations are primarily based on posted speed limits and distances between proposed & adjacent access points. Where posted speed limits are 50 NIPH or more the required spacing between access points is 425'. Where drivewaypacing is insufficient joint access will be required or access to internal/external streets.
