Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the
following information submitted by Tuesday, April 28th , 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the
next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, Thursday, May 7th , 7:00 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
Parkland Dedication in the amount of $2,780 must be submitted prior to the filing of the
final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to mtrevino@cstx.gov;
and
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been

The Parkland Dedication portion of the application completed.
Proof that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board or the Parks and Recreation
Department has reviewed and approved your parkland dedication proposal.
A preliminary plat application for this project is pending. Reviews of this final plat submittal will
begin once the application is complete, but the Vacating and Final Plat will not proceed to P&Z

I called Alan Taylor with Adams,Taggart&Associates this morning and he indicated that Greg gave the
resubmittal for HH5 to a staff member at P&Z last night...and if he didn't, he was supposed to. I told Alan that
we needed it today in order to keep it on May 7th agenda because of notification requirements. He said that if
Greg didn't give it to someone last night that they would submit it today. Knowing this, I am going to go ahead
and have Brittany run the ad. If it gets pulled, re-notification will be at their expense (since he told me that it
was absolutely ready to go).
