I told Alan that we needed it today in order to keep it on May 7th agenda because of notification requirements. He said that if Greg didn't give it to someone last night that they would submit it today. Knowing this, I am going to go ahead and have Brittany run the ad. If it gets pulled, re-notification will be at their expense (since he told me that it was absolutely ready to go).
