The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. The next submittal will be the third and final review by staff for this round of reviews. If all items have not been addressed on the next submittal, another $200 processing fee will need to be submitted for the subsequent set of three (3) reviews. THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION PARKING GARAGE HAS STAMPED DECORATIVE CONCRETE. To THE SOUTH OF CEDAR LANE WHERE OUR SIDEWALK WOULD MEET, NORTHGATE PLAZA ALSO HAS STAMPED DECORATIVE CONCRETE. USING PAVERS IN BETWEEN THESE TWO SITES WOULD RESULT IN A NON- FLOWING CONTINUITY OF THE SIDEWALK. REFERENCING, P. 29 FROM COLLEGE STATIONS' SITE DESIGN STANDARDS; "ALL SIDEWALKS ON THE SAME BLOCK SHALL USE THE SAME BRICK PATTERN".
