$200 Concept Plan Review Fee.

d. Zoning classification of all abutting land; and
e. All public and private rights-of-way and easements bounding and intersecting subj ect land.

Variations to be sought for College Station Development:
1. Allow on-street parking(parallel, perpendicular,angled)on streets within the development
2. Allow for 9'x22'parallel parking space sizing instead of 10'x22'
3. Allow for the 24'street width within the development
4. Allow for 20'curb radii at intersections to create a more pedestrian friendly environment
5. Allow for reduced building setbacks within the development boundaries to create a more
pedestrian friendly environment
6. Allow for street layout changes until Site Plan review is submitted (not including Holleman Drive
Extension or N. Dowling Road connection)
7. Allow for Parking Lot location changes until Site Plan review is submitted
8. Allow for reduced required parking at retail locations within this development to create a more
pedestrian friendly environment
