Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 2. Please provide the gross and net density of the number of lots per acre within each proposed zoning districts. This means there should be a separate calculation for the single family area and the proposed townhome area. Calculation should be expressed as dwelling units/acre. v3. Documentation needs to be provided that identifies David Borsak as having signing authority for Oakland Ridge Partnership. Lot corner markers need to be shown, or a note may be provided stating that lot corner markers will be provided. 5. Plat must be tied to City of College Station monument. 6. Please remove all setback lines that are shown on the final plat, along with note seven in General Notes on page two which refers to building setback lines. ✓7. It would be helpful if the vicinity map could be revised to reflect the position of just phase one instead of the whole subdivision. 8. The two county certificates should be removed from page two. The county certificates are the second and third to last of certificates shown. �9. The certificate dates on page two should be updated from 2007 to 2008. 10. You may be able to talk with BTU, Wellborn Water, and Earl Havel to discuss the possibility of decreasing the easement widths in some areas. Reviewed by: Lindsay Boyer, AICP, Senior Planner Lauren A. This plat is outside the College Station Utility electric service area. Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to determine electric service specifications and requirements. Plat reviewed by Timothy Crabb, CSU Electric, (979) 764-3439.
