Please provide the address, location and legal description for the subject property. 2. Please provide a scale. The scale should be the largest standard scale possible on sheet. 3. Hardi-plank is only allowed on 75% per façade. Please revise the Rear and Left elevations. 4. 10% Brick, stone, marble, granite, tile or specified concrete product is required on each façade visible from the Right-of-Way. The rear façade does not appear to be meeting this requirement. Please revise. 5. Please provide the total vertical square footage of each color for each façade separately. 6. Please provide a column at the end of the table showing the total vertical square footage of each façade minus openings. 7. The rear elevation requires 6 architectural elements total, with 2 different design elements every 45 feet of the façade, per Section 7.9.2 of the UDO. I was only able to determine 3 elements along the façade. 8. Please provide 2 architectural relief elements for every 60 feet on the left elevation, per Section 7.9.2 of the UDO. Hardi-plank is only allowed on 75% per façade. Please revise the Left elevation. 2. It appears the calculations on "total SF face" for the front and right elevations are including the square footage of the windows/decorative vents/doors twice. Please remove the window/door square footage from the front elevation under Stucco and Stone. In addition, please remove the window/door square footage from the right elevation under Stucco. 3. Please provide 2 different architectural relief elements for every 60 feet on the left elevation, per Section 7.9.B.2 of the UDO. The two trellises provided do not satisfy the elements required in 7.9.B.2. Alternatives to the listed options can be considered for approval by the Design Review Board provided the alternatives incorporate 2 architectural elements and meet the required spacing under section 7.9.B.2. 4. Staff counts 4 architectural elements on the rear elevation. To include the two (2) trellises as architectural relief elements, the Design Review Board would need to review the alternatives, as mentioned in Staff Comment#8.
