Please submit sufficient evidence that Clarke and Wyndham is currently authorized to act as agent for College Station Hospitality on this matter. Please refer to the attached document that established the easement. Section 2 of the easement states that the easement will terminate at such time that John Culpepper sells the property. The Replat property is currently on its second owner since Culpepper, therefore,the easement is no longer in effect.
