Lauren-
I did not address a couple of the other comments in my previous message:
Comment 1:All the information you request in this comment was already included on the submittal at the upper right.
Comment 2:A color copy of the materials was sent it with our submittal.I checked with the planner who did the previous review
and he stated that he still had the materials on file(Jason Shubert.)
Comment 3: We will revise the table to reflect the opening calculation.
Thanks-
Eva

Lauren-
Thanks for the email of the comments. I have a few things to review with you.
General: This is a reduced-size version of the same building we submitted for review less than a year
ago, on which we received no NRA comments. The project is far removed from any right-of-way in
Bee Creek Park. The elevation that faceS the remote right-of-way would be the East elevation.
Comment number 5 states that we have no architectural elements on the north elevation. What about the
entry element with tapered stone columns? This projects out from the building by 10-11 feet. My
understanding is that we need an architectural element or offset every 60 feet. I think we have this.
Please see the attached roof plan and elevation with annotations to help clarify.
On comments 6 and 7, I think east and west have been confused. Comment 6 should pertain to the west
elevation; 7 to the east.
Concerning, the west elevation, this wall is only 35 feet long. We have 2 doors, 2 windows, and a
canopy attached to the building. There is a free-standing canopy area just 6 feet in front of the building
(see attachment.) As this is a simple split face concrete block building and the elevation is pretty full, I
do not see where anything could be added. Can you count the free-standing canopy as the element?
Concerning comment 7 and the east elevation, we have added back in a canopy over the door, so that
should take care of that comment.
Please let me know if it would be helpful for me to come visit with you in person. Thanks in advance
for taking the time to address these concerns.
