Based on the date in which all application materials were received, this item will be scheduled for the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Please note that the subsequent rezoning that is anticipated in association with this request will not be able to proceed for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission until after the City Council has made a final decision regarding this Comprehensive Plan Amendment request.
