Please show the property to the west as having an existing land use of Single Family Residential, Medium Density. (see example below). 2. The southwest corner of the property should be labeled "Proposed land use- Residential Attached" instead of "Proposed land use- R-4, Multi-Family". Also, please remove the dividing line between the proposed residential attached portion and the portion labeled as detention pond. Detention Pond is not a land use. 3. Please re-label the northeast corner of property as "Proposed land use-Planned Development" instead of "Proposed land use-Planned Development District". Planned Development is a land use, while Planned Development District is a zoning classification. Also, please remove "(High-End Office/Storage)". 4. Please show the existing zoning for the area of the property that is seeking a CPA to become single family residential, high density.
