NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider a
development sign for 1300 Harvey Mitchell Parkway. The proposed development sign is
520 sq. ft. over the maximum permitted through UDO Section 7.4.F.
The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 6:00 p.m. meeting of the Board on Tuesday,July 1, 2008.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday,
July 1, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the request. The PUBLIC HEARING will

All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the
subject property have received notification of this request. The PUBLIC
