As a result, the standard 20' wide public utility easement centered on the property line will be relocated. Please refer to the attached exhibit for the location of the Amending Plat, the existing conditions and the proposed changes. The City of College Station is requiring that we notify you of our plans and obtain your acceptance of the proposed Amending Plat, primarily as verification that you have no facilities located in the easement.
