Dear Sir: Please accept the attached project for WOLF PEN CREEK Building & Sign review. Attached are 10 copies of the elevations, 10 copies of photos and examples of the Sonic elements that will be used, color/material board, and completed application for review. We wanted to submit this package before the Monday May 19th deadline for the June 13th DRB meeting. If anything else is needed before said meeting — Please let me know. The work of this permit is an exterior alteration of the existing Sonic Drive-in listed above. Generally speaking the scope of work includes the demolition of an existing patio canopy and reconstruction of a new arched patio canopy and the removal and replacement of the existing neon canopy fascia with a new fascia containing LED accent lights at periodic intervals along the fascia.
