TEXAS ROADHOUSE (NRA)— NRA Review

PLANNING
1. The following comments apply only to the proposed addition. The existing building facades
are not required to come into compliance with the Non-Residential Architectural standards.
2. The proposed Texas Roadhouse addition does not currently meet these Non-Residential
Architectural standards:
a. No more than 30% of the addition may be covered by cedar siding.
b. There needs to be at least 10% of stone or brick material on the addition.
c. There must be at least two architectural elements, as specified in Section
7.9.B.2 of the UDO (page 7-46), per 45 linear feet (or less) of the façade
facing University Drive. The facade facing east requires two elements for
every 60 linear feet (or less) of the façade. This applies on only the addition.
3. Please add the legal description of the property to the title block.
4. Please provide the elevation materials chart as seen in Section 7.9.B.3.c of the UDO (page
7-48).
5. In this chart, provide the Sherman Williams color (or equivalent) of the roof. Please state
that the trim is an "accent color."
6. Variances to these requirements may be requested to the Design Review Board. Section
7.9.G of the UDO outlines the specific criteria.

explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans
