I spoke with Mark Paccone about the site changes. He is ok to stripe an existing designated parking space for handicap
use,as well as the associated ADA walkway and sidewalk ramp along the building. No other site improvements will be
permitted include driveway removal or drive-thru striping. Since a dumpster pad cannot be installed, Sanitation is ok for 2
90-gallon roll-off dumpster to be used.
They can maintenance the concrete with concrete. They cannot change the pavement material.
