The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. He is ok to stripe an existing designated parking space for handicap use,as well as the associated ADA walkway and sidewalk ramp along the building. No other site improvements will be permitted include driveway removal or drive-thru striping. Since a dumpster pad cannot be installed, Sanitation is ok for 2 90-gallon roll-off dumpster to be used.
