ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please remove the "Proposed Future ROW FM 60" label and line.
2. Please dedicate the area between the existing 20-ft PUE and proposed 20-ft PUE as a PUE.
This is needed for the future relocation of the existing water main, once the TxDOT widening
project occurs.
3. Please verify that the easements illustrated on this final plat match the
easement/infrastructure that is illustrated on the proposed site plan.
4. Please see site plan comments "Engineering Comments No. 5" as there is an issue with the
proposed fire hydrant layout.
5. Please verify that the easements needed to cover public infrastructure (fire hydrants,
meters, etc) have been illustrated on this final plat
6. FYI — This final plat can not go forward to P&Z until the lift station or means of sewering this
property has been submitted for review.
7. FYI — This final plat can not be filed for record until the lift station or means of sewering this
property has been constructed and accepted.

GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. Developer installs all conduit per City specs and design.
2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation.
3. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required.
4. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit
as shown on electrical layout.
5. Meter(s) will be located on the building. CSU will furnish and install wire up to exterior main
disconnect.
6. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per City specs and design.
7. Developer installs pull boxes per City specs and design (pull boxes provided by the City).
8. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan. Email to:
sweido(a�cstx.gov.
9. Developer provides load data for project.
