ORDINANCE NO. 852
AN ORDINANCE A rANDONNG AN EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE FRANK VISOSHI
•SUBDIVISION TO T E CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Cit Council of the City of College Station, Texas, has determined that
an easement locate. in the Frank Visoski Subdivision in the said City of College Station,
Texas, is not in us=, and is not functioning as such at this time;
THEREFORE, BE I ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
The City of College Station; Texas, does hereby release and abandon to the owners of
the fee simple prop-rty over which said easement is located the following easement
being located in the FRANK VISOSKI SUBDIVISION to the City of College Station, Texas,
as shown by two pa .11e1 dotted lines on the Plat of said addition recorded in Volume
• 157, Page 469, oft e Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more parti-
cularly described a- follows:
•
Being a str p of land ten (10) feet in width and five (5) feet either side
of the coin on boundary lines between Lots 9 and 10; 8 and 11; 7 and
12; 6 and 1:; 5 and 14; 3 and 16; 2 and 17; 1 and 18. Said easement run-
ning parall-1 to Poplar Street as shown on said Plat.
This does not intend or does in any way release or abandon the easement located
�• on the northwest sid- of Lot 18 and runinn
on the Plat of said a.dition, g parallel to Eisenhower Street as shown
