1. It appears that the street Bracey Court was part of a Final Plat for Phase 11. Please revise.
FYI, the preliminary plat calls for the street to be named Hayesville Court.
2. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will
constitute a completely new review.
3. The construction documents and reports are still under review and may affect the plat.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please provide sanitary sewer report.
2. Please provide water report.
3. Please provide a fire flow report.
4. Please submit drainage report.
5. This property is located in an Impact Fee area.
6. NOI must be submitted.
7. Please submit an Engineer's Cost Estimate for public infrastructure.
8. Please submit a Letter of Acknowledgment of City Standards.
9. Please verify that the following comment regarding the proposed retaining wall was
addressed:
There is a new detail which uses a course of pavers along the sidewalk edge against the curb that would be needed as a

10. Please revise the construction documents to include construction of apron for Chulo Ln.
which is proposed to connect Reatta Meadows Ph.1 Sect. 2 and Shenandoah Ph.10. This
will require RCP storm sewer rather than HDPE in the affected area.
11. It appears that there is a discrepancy on the Barron Rd. ROW dedication between what is
shown on the preliminary plat and final plat. Please clarify.
12. Sheet No. 5— Please provide flowline information at Sta. 37+32.10.
13. Sheet No. 10— Please verify whether a stack is needed for Service #4.3.
14. Sheet No. 11 — Please label 6-inch waterline on profile of WA-3.
15. Sheet No. 11 — It appears that one the flowlines at Sta. 233+49.45 is incorrectly labeled a
3-inch when it is actually a 4-inch.
16. Sheet No. 11 — Please label reducers in profile view.
17. Sheet No. 12— Please label 8"x45° bend at approximate Station 219+20 in profile view.
18. Waterline — Please include Water/Sewer Conflict Detail.

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines
(including street lights).
2. If applicable, the following easements will be required:
• A 5' PUE Block 34 Lot 40 adjacent to Lot 39.
• A 5' PUE Block 34 Lot 24 adjacent to Lot 23.
• A 5' PUE Block 34 Lot 8 adjacent to Lot 7.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. Developer installs conduit per City specs and design.
2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation.
3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser.
4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required.
5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit
as shown on electrical layout.
6. Developer installs transformer pads and secondary pedestals as per City specs and design
(transformer pads and secondary pedestals provided by the City).
