PLANNING
1. As per our conversations, it appears that a Luther Street right-of-way (ROW) does not exist to
the north of this property. Please remove the ROW label from the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment Map.
2. With the uncertainty of access through the adjacent Texas A&M University property to the
signalized intersection at Luther Street, communication is recommended with Texas A&M and
the owner regarding access that has or potentially could be gained. Please note that a TxDOT
driveway permit will be required for driveway access to Harvey Mitchell Parkway.
3. Please note that the metes and bounds provided on the map for the property do not close. This
does not need to be corrected for this application but will need to be resolved if a rezoning
application is pursued.
4. Please note that while the full evaluation of this request is still in progress, it appears from a
preliminary review that Staff will not be able to recommend for its approval.
