Lot 5— 105.4' Lot 10—85.7' The total for all 10 lots/building plots= 862.6' for an average width of 86.26'. Of the 10 lots'over 60% are 80' in width, only being 6.26' lesser than the overall average. Lots 1 and 2 were originally platted at 80' widths, and the purpose of the Replat is to restore the original configuration. It is the intention of the owner that the existing structure on Lots 1 and 2 is to be removed and 2 new homes are to be constructed on the original lots. We are respectfully requesting, on behalf of our client,the current owner of Lots 1 and 2, that a variance to Section 18-B.2 of the Subdivision Regulations be granted to restore these 2 lots to their original configuration of an 80' width.
