DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
Annexation: 1995
Zoning: A-O Agricultural Open to C-1 and C-N Commercial Neighborhood for a
portion of the property in 1998. C-1, A-O, and C-N to C-1 in 2000. In
2000, the City Council required a 15-foot buffer between the subject
property and the R-3 Townhouse zoning to the east, which is now
developed at Steeplechase Phase 7. The plat for Steeplechase included
5-feet of the buffer on the Steeplechase property and 10-feet on the
subject property. That buffer has been shown on this plat.
Preliminary Plat: Provided as a supporting document with this Plat.
