Please label the proposed lot with a lot and block number and remove the words "Restricted Reserve 'A." 2. Please remove "Restricted to Commercial Use" from the plat. 3. Please provide FM2154 right-of-way width in this location. 4. The vicinity map is lacking information; specifically, the streets immediately to the north are not shown. 5. Please remove the L.B. (landscape buffers) from the plat. 6. Please remove the building lines from the plat. 7. Please remove the City Council Certificate. 8. Please remove the "attest" line from the Planning & Zoning Commission certificate. 9. Please change "Harris County" to "Brazos County." 10.Please provide documentation that David Cottrell is authorized to sign for Wellborn CS Plaza, Ltd. 11.Please show zoning lines and zoning of this and adjacent tracts. 12.Please include the words "unplatted" on the Pena property. 13.The level of detail included on the Steeplechase Subdivision is not necessary, please remove. This may allow for a larger scale. 14.Please include definition of any abbreviations (ie: PUE), as was done on the Preliminary. 15.Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 16.The construction documents and reports are still under review and may affect the plat. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines (including street lights). NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City,will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 3 GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. Developer installs conduit per City specs and design. 2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation. 3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser. 4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required. 5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit as shown on electrical layout. 6. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per City specs and design. 7. Developer installs pull boxes and secondary pedestals as per City specs and design (pull boxes and secondary pedestals provided by the City). 8. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan. Email to bread(a�cstx.gov. 9. Developer provides load data for project. 10.
