Revisions include the following: - Due to septic sprinkling needs, it was necessary to reconfigure the lot layout in a portion of this phase. This resulted in a slight change to the boundary at the rear of Lots 35 & 36 (revised lot numbers). It also resulted in the elimination of a lot. Lot numbers have been revised. - Due to the available buildable area, it was necessary to move the private drainage easement over to the adjacent lot. It was previously on Lot 38 (revised lot number), but now is located on Lot 37 (revised lot number. Since this drainage channel has not been constructed yet, this change was possible at this time. Is it possible to reflect these changes when the signed mylar is submitted, or will we need to make another official submittal.
