Revisions have been made as requested on the Staff Review Comments
No. 2. The 20' PUE along the side of Lot 38 and the back of Lot 37 has
been modified and labeled per your request.

SUBJECT: SADDLE CREEK PH. 2 (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, April 14, 2008, 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for, May 15, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
mtrevino@cstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made
and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the
P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and

Remarks: Attached is a"draft"version of the revised Final Plat for the above-
referenced project. Revisions include the following:
- Due to septic sprinkling needs, it was necessary to reconfigure
the lot layout in a portion of this phase. This resulted in a slight
change to the boundary at the rear of Lots 35 & 36 (revised lot
numbers). It also resulted in the elimination of a lot. Lot numbers
have been revised.
- Due to the available buildable area, it was necessary to move the
private drainage easement over to the adjacent lot. It was
previously on Lot 38 (revised lot number), but now is located on
Lot 37 (revised lot number. Since this drainage channel has not
been constructed yet, this change was possible at this time.
Is it possible to reflect these changes when the signed mylar is submitted,
or will we need to make another official submittal.
Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else in order to
make this decision.
