General Information
Location: Saddle Creek Subdivision,Phase 7A is located in southern Brazos County,near the
intersection of Wade Road and Stousland Road. Phase 1 was completed in the
Spring of 2007 and Phase 2 is currently under construction.
No. of Lots: Phase 7A- 8 lots
Land Use: Single Family Residential—rural estate lots that are 1 acre or larger

Design Criteria
Primary Water Supply: Existing 12"line along Stousland Road operated by Wellborn SUD.
Domestic Demand:
Avg.Pop Density: 2.67 people per lot
Average Flow: 100 gpd/cap or 267 gpd per lot=0.18 gpm per lot
Peaking Factor: 4
Peak Flow: 0.74 gpm per lot
Design Flow: 1.50 gpm per lot
Fire Demand:
Fire Flow: 1000 gpm
Pipe: PVC DR-14 C909
