COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT REQUEST FORM
The following is required if an amendment to the Land Use Plan is requested. Based on the nature and
extent of the requested amendment, additional studies may be required. Attach additional sheets if
necessary.

Requested Land Use Plan designation: PDD
Explain the reason for this Land Use Plan amendment: Annexation enacted by the City
Council on Thursday, February 28, 2008 that will become effective on March 29,
2008.
Identify what conditions have changed to warrant a change in the land use plan designation:
The annexation and the corresponding assignment of A-O zoning of the existing
urban residential development of Creek Meadows and its continually vested
development as high-density residential will warrant this change.
How does the requested land use designation further the goals and objectives of the City of
College Station Comprehensive Plan? The change of A-O zoning to PDD will allow for
the continued reasonable and orderly growth of development in the existing Creek
Meadows development.
Explain why the requested land use designation is more appropriate than the existing
designation. PDD zoning will conform with the approved Master Plan, Preliminary
Plat, and variances (granted by the Brazos County Commissioner's Court) that are
currently vested with the development of this subdivision.
The applicant has prepared this application and certifies that the facts stated herein and exhibits attached
hereto are true and correct.
