To Who May Concern:
Please find attached the following information and construction drawings for the above
referenced project. The Final Plat is submitted for your review and placement on the March 6,
2008 P&Z agenda.
❖ 14—Final Plats (24x36)w/Final Plat Application& $400 Final Plat Fee;
❖ 1 —Tax Certificate;
❖ 14—Preliminary Plats (24x36) w/Preliminary Plat Application& $400 Preliminary Plat
Fee;
• 2—Copies of Construction Drawings for Sanitary Sewer extension;
❖ 2—Engineer's Cost Estimates (Sewer Improvements);
The following items will be submitted once the Final Plat has been approved through P&Z.
• 1 —Email confirmation of Final Plat digital file sent to sgriffin@cstx.gov&
awelsh@cstx.gov;
• 1 —Paid Tax Certificate;
• Fully executed Final Plat mylar(signed by Owner,Notary& Surveyor);
• 1 —Preliminary Plat mylar;
• 1 —Letter Acknowledging City Standards;
• 1 —TCEQ Exception Letter(Sewer Improvements);

FROM: Lindsay Boyer, AICP, Senior Planner
SUBJECT: TRADITIONS AT LUTHER (PP) - Preliminary Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Preliminary Plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, February 4th, 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for March 6th, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
V/One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised Preliminary Plat; and
Nineteen (19) 11" x 17" copies of the revised Preliminary Plat.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning
Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions
have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the
P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday
the week of the P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat will be required after P&Z
approval and prior to processing subsequent final plats. If you have any questions or need
