PLANNING COMMENTS
1. By the time this item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission and
City Council, it will be within the City Limits of College Station. Therefore, the zoning of the
subject property and all surrounding properties should be labeled as A-O Agricultural-Open.
Please relabel the zoning districts accordingly.
2. The 3.95 acre tract is being proposed as Single-Family Low Density; however, the
requested zoning reflects R-1B Single-Family Residential. Please revise either the
requested Land Use category or requested zoning district to the appropriate classification.
