Based on the nature and extent of the requested amendment, additional studies may be required.Attach additional sheets if necessary. Current Land Use Plan designation: Rural Requested Land Use Plan designation: S.F.-Medium &S.F. —Low Explain the reason for this Land Use Plan amendment: S.F. Residential land use is needed to allow for construction of single family residential homes in this area. Identify what conditions have changed to warrant a change in the land use plan designation: We are not aware of what conditions warranted the placement of the current land uses. However, we believe that the existing and future land uses are conducive to this proposed plan.
