Thank you for making the change from bull rock to stamped concrete on the landscape plan. We did notice that one area was left as Bull Rock, which is not permitted as a loose ground cover. It may be used if it is cemented into the concrete for design. All the bull rock is omitted and the bedding material will extend to the building. At non- landscaped areas, the lawn will extend to the building as shown on the Landscape plan. (2. Please increase the radius of curb returns to a minimum of 25' at the entry drive. r The radii at the entry drives are changed to 25'. All landscaping in front of the parking is shown to be a minimum height of 3'as shown on the Landscape plan. yi believe that there are two trees being removed for driveway construction (as shown on site plan), however I can only located one tree replacement on the landscape plan. Trees relocated as shown on the Landscape plan.c. 6— is not shown on either the landscape plan or the site plan. Topography was shown on the civil sheets that were submitted during the first review. The site plan has too much information to include the grading and therefore was not shown on the site plan but on the civil plans as was permitted by the Site Plan Minimum Requirements, page 4, Geography section item numbers 3 and 4. The Landscape plan has the topography shown. Detention screening should resemble parking screening at 1 shrub every 3'. The thoughtful design of the screening is attractive. 9 9 Landscape at detention pond shall be 1 shrub every 3'as shown on the Landscape plan. 8. The bypass lane for the drive-thru must be a minimum of 12'. The bypass lane is shown as 12'wide. Note 36 could note be located on the site plan. The fire lane is striped only to the clearance bar (see keynote 30) at the south driveway. The clearance bar prohibits any large vehicles beyond this point to avoid damage to the canopy. The motor bank driveway is not required to be a designated fire lane. 11.
