SUBJECT: GREENS PRAIRIE CENTER PH.. 2C (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, July 2, 2007, 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for July 19, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
One revised final plat application;
All documents required for a final plat submission including but not limited to:
Fourteen (14) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat;
Two (2) revised copies of public infrastructure plans.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made
and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the
P&Z meeting.

One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
mtrevino@cstx.gov.

COMMENTS
Phases 3 & 4 from the Preliminary Plat have been combined into Phase 3.
Parkland Dedication: Parkland fees are not required with this plat. If the portion of Phase 3
currently zoned A-O Agricultural Open (Phase 4 on the preliminary plat) is further subdivided for
residential uses, parkland fees will be assessed at the time of that replat.
